1. A BRIEF BACKGROUND OF TRIUMPH ROCKET 3

If you talk about a vehicle with world-class capabilities, a level of comfort, and greater control, the Triumph Rocket 3 has it all. The spontaneous, high torque that the Rocket 3 provides is greater than its closest competitors.

This motorbike has a smooth drive and level of control whether you are on a straight road or turning a corner. The Triumph Rocket 3 provides a peak power of 165 hp at 6000 rpm. 2. FIRST GLANCE OF THE TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 MOTORBIKE
2.1 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 STYLING
The Triumph Rocket 3’s engine is the main part that grabs the most attention. When you examine it closely, you will notice that the engine and tires make the Triumph Rocket 3 seem extended in length.
The fuel tank has a simple design with only the Triumph logo on it. The Rocket 3 has enough room to seat two people.
The two same-sized iconic headlights on the front give the Rocket 3 a robotic look. The aluminum frame, lustrous red color, and black tires give this motorcycle a sporty look.
The designers did not install long skirt fenders to avoid covering the stylish wheels and fat tires.
The two Rocket models that Triumph has introduced, the R and GT, mainly differ in color, seat position, and adjustment. The Triumph Rocket R models offer high seat adjustment with mid-range floorboards. The handlebars on the Rocket R model are narrower to give it a more aggressive feel.
On the other hand, the Rocket GT model is designed in a way that it gives off a classic cruiser vibe. Thanks to the handlebars being wider and higher and the seat height being lower than most Rocket R models, the rider can feel more relaxed while riding the Rocket GT.
2.2 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE
Triumph competes with other motorcycle companies to create the world’s best cruisers by producing a high-performance engine. An engine that can produce extraordinary displacement, power, and torque to outshine even the best cruisers ever made.
With this goal in mind, Triumph succeeded in producing the Rocket 3. Installed with three inline cylinders with a displacement of 2458 cc and a horsepower of 165 hp at 6000 rpm. The same engine can also produce 221 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm.
In the designing phase of the Rocket R engine, nearly 88.185 lbs of weight was removed so the bike would be lighter than its predecessors. This was only possible thanks to the engine being made out of a lighter aluminum frame to help reduce weight.
Though lightweight, the two-and-a-half liter engine is enormous, comparable to the size of a high-performance car engine. Despite having such a big engine, the craftsmanship ensures that the weight and size are reduced compared to earlier Rocket III models.
Despite the king-sized engine and its enormous power output, the Rocket 3 is rider-friendly. The power is reduced when you are riding at lower gears. Also, the maximum speed this bike can achieve has been restricted to 138 mph.
2.3 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 CHASSIS
The Triumph Rocket 3’s chassis is lightweight due to being made out of full aluminum, reducing almost 18 kg compared to the earlier Rocket III.
2.4 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 DRIVETRAIN
The Triumph Rocket 3 has a displacement of 2458 cc. This motorcycle is capable of achieving high acceleration almost instantaneously. The throttle can be controlled and is limited to lower power adjustments while riding at lower gears.
2.5 TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 INSTRUMENTATION AND DISPLAY
The handlebar-mounted, stylish digital-screen meter has a variety of displays. Built with TFT technology, it has indicators for the fuel gauge, gear indicator, different ride modes, service indicator, clock, cruise control, ambient temperature, Bluetooth connectivity, etc.
2.6 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FAT BOY 114 VS TRIUMPH ROCKET 3
Comparing the two motorbikes, the Triumph Rocket 3 is superior due to its high-class specs. Considering the engine’s size, maximum power, maximum torque, and displacement of 2458 cc, the Triumph Rocket 3 beats the Harley Davidson Fat Boy 114 by a wide margin.
