What I like most is that the design combines storage and security without making things complicated. I used to keep most of my riding gear in a backpack, which became uncomfortable on longer rides. Now I can distribute my essentials between the saddlebags and ride without carrying everything on my shoulders.
No rattling, no shaking around at highway speeds.

Bags came quick. Easy to install. They match the rear fender contour nicely on my 08 flstc. Nice upgrade from the OEM bags. Quick detatch kit is worth the few extra bucks. Can't wait to see how they handle the open road this spring.

Easy install, carries everyday necessities so I no longer have to carry a backpack. I bought the quick disconnect but it looks good that I dont need to take them off if not in use. I recommend these.

They look great on the bike they were fairly easy to install had to use a spacer to make sure they didn’t touch the swing arm.Took a couple hours, but got them perfect. I might get a set for my Honda VTX if they’ll mount up

Bags look great on my 07 Softail! I love how the bags match the flow of the rear fender too. Installing them was pretty easy. I made a cardboard template of the bags and lined them up with the bolt set up on the rear. The only issue is that I'll need to shim the bottom of the bags because the axle bolts hit the bottom of the bags when the shocks compress. Other than that, it was money well spent!!
I love my heritage classic but hate the stock saddle bags. I looked at putting on Harley hard bags. The turnkey price including paint was just too high. So, I turn to Viking Bags. The extra-large Lamellar Slanted leather hard bags were just what I was looking for. They are stylish, high quality and easy to install. The most important part of the installation is getting the bags lined up and level where you want them mounted. I aligned mine so the rear of the bags line up flush with the back of the fender. After that drill a few holes and mount. They fit tight to the bike. I used the provided spacers to keep the bag from rubbing the belt guard. The bags are large and roomy. Best of they look great!
