Viking has great customer service. Purchased a pair of Baldur in December and the offset failed damage left side bag. They replaced both bags. Did a different offset and these bags are Great. Double check clearance alway around. This company will get my business again
The bags look awesome on bike quality seems to be good, installation took a bit of time but that was mainly due to making sure they were lined up properly. Would definitely recommend.

The quality was good, one latch isn’t properly installed, and I think you could actually send a drill pattern for the bike to be installed on, with the bags. They do look nice on the bike though.

I bought these to replace the bags that came with my bike and the extra space is awesome, now I can carry more than just a hoodie and straps and a bottle of water. Getting them lined up and mounted is a little difficult by yourself but not impossible, just takes some patience. This is my second set of bags from viking and I'm happy with the results for both bikes.
