The Darkin bags arrived very quickly and were extremely easy to install. They fit my Lowrider S perfectly and store plenty of essentials. The only negative is that they do scuff easily when throwing your leg over the bike. Well worth the money, especially if you catch a sale.

Darkin Bags look and finish look great. Package arrived a head of time. Packaging was very secure. It took longer to unbox than to install. Installation took about 15 minutes. I was still able to use removeable sissy bar and bushing with supplied hardware from Viking. The mounting gauge work well. Bags installed first attempt. Went on 200 mile ride with no issues. Install was very simple. I was able to keep my removable sissy bar without having to make any modifications. The bags come off and on easily and lock securely in place. And they look great on the bike.

I really liked the easy install on my 23 Low Rider S. The larger shim was recommended, which I ended up using. I would have liked to tuck them in a little closer to my Two Up Luggage Rack that was on the bike. Using the smaller shims made the turn signals sit more snug in the pocket provided in the bags. This in turn would make the bags more locked in, but a little harder to undock. The main thing with the Viking Bags is you don't have to relocate the turn signals. That was huge for me. they are great bags. Viking might review that and possibly make a slight design change if it would benefit the Soft tails.

A little difficulty in the beginning with the install, but I have a detachable sissy bar so I had too get longer bolts then sent with hardware. The bags are a little stiff locking them at first but after 3-4 times they loosen right up and lock with ease. Great product fast shipping and UNSURPASSED PACKING. I mean they really put love into these, like they were shipping their own personal stuff.
