It came very well packaged. Could not use the install kit with the rack that i ordered had to get other hardware for it. But that was my bad. Other than that I think it is a great looking trunk.

It seems to fit ok, should you have rubber washers to hi on the bolts to prevent water from getting in?

the only issue I had was that the bolts sent were too large for the mounting slots in the hogworkz mount... had to grab some from the hardware store... other than that, install was a breeze!

Installation was a little aggravating because it was not direct bolt on. I knew that but it makes me nervous feeling through the Brand New bag. Matches the Viking saddlebags perfect. Feels pretty solid. Absolutely no complaints. If it opens sideways I think it would be better but other than that I can't see anything I would improve.

It's good. Build quality is solid. It matches the look of a Road King Classic well. It will make touring nice for two up or even single as I now have a lockable option. Installation was straightforward. Take your time and double check everything. If it had a slightly different lock that could be used without a key like an HD version I would have rated it 5 stars. I would recommend. It is a good value on a good pack.

This is a great-size trunk for my trike. I’ve used Viking products for years and have never really had an issue with them. They keep their shape well, and the outer material has never peeled. The only issue with this trunk is that it had a strong smell when I received it. I can’t identify whether it is from the synthetic material, adhesive, plastic, foam padding, but it definitely needs to air out for a few days before use. Because of that, I’m giving it 4 stars. Other than the smell, the trunk seems good overall.

It is everything I thought it would be. It looks great on my bike. It was shipped very good not only did you use bubble wrap you also wrapped it in cloth to give it more protection. I can lock my Items and helmet and go into where I need to without me worrying about my stuff getting stolen.

It came in a big box, at first glance I'm thinking it's going to be beat up!!! Much to my surprise it was wrapped in bubble rap and taped down . Inside was another cotton bag. Keys were in a well marked envelope taped to the top of the Bubble rap. Pulled it out of all that and low and behold it was a beautiful looking case . Un locked the tour pack and was pleasantly surprised to how nice it is on the inside as well. To put it in a nutshell worth every penny! Thank you!!! Please update me on the new to arrive rack for it as well.

Nice products especially with the 25% off for mlk day. I’m not crazy about the mechanism that holds the lid up and I wish the top of the trunk would secure a little bit tighter when locked. The build quality is good and the look is great.

Installation is pretty easy. Appearance is nice. Only real complaint is the hinge that keeps the top from opening past 90 degrees feels like it’ll break in the future. I want to stress that it only FEELS like that. It currently functions completely normally. I watched some reviews on youtube that mentioned the top box only comes with one key. It now comes with two. Considering this is 1/3 of the price of a harley tour pack and doesn’t require paint matching, I highly recommend it.

The Viking bags are very nice. Ive been threw two faulty latches with the razor trunk and still cracked the side twice due to bumps jiggling the latch open.. The Viking Bag trunks having a rear latch is a much more durable that the razor in my opinion. I only wish the Viking Trunk was as wide as the razor to match the storage and keep the wider passenger backrest. Very Satisfied

The bag is good it’s cheaper than stock and it has plenty of room inside. I feel a second bracket is needed though to hold the lid more.

I cannot send high enough marks to the quality of products produced at Viking Bags. This is my second time purchasing a product - the first being saddlebag for my Iron 1200 and now this trunk pack for my Heritage Classic. Viking Bags carefully wrap their products for shipping to ensure that they arrive unscratched (and the bags they are wrapped in are reusable). I received my trunk pack quickly and it was super easy to install onto my trunk mount. They provide all the necessary hardware and the instructions are easy to follow. We did opt to go to the hardware store to buy shorter mounting bolts and bigger washers but the ones sent with the trunk pack would have done just as well. The trunk pack itself is well make and very sturdy. I did find that some of the smaller screws that hold the inside lock in place did come loose during my first couple of rides so I just added some locktite and re-tightened the screws and it's all good now. I am so happy with the trunk and love that I was able to save myself several hundred dollars over buying one direct from Harley Davidson. Thank you Viking Bags for another great product!
