Very well packaged. Comes with 3/8” Allen head cap screws, nuts, and mounting braces. My HogWorkz solo tour pack mount has mounting slots clearances for 5/16” fasteners, so I just used 5/16” hardware. Pushed it forward enough on the mount for the backrest to be a good fit for me. I love it! Ready for longer road trips now.

Item came wrapped very well in a soft cloth bag and bubble wrapped inside a sturdy cardboard box. Construction seems very sturdy and very well made. I am having to design my own custom bracket since there is nothing made for my specific bike. (To Viking Bags, once I patent my bracket, I’d be willing to negotiate a sale of that patent for you to sell this bracket for my particular bike). I don’t have it attached to the bike yet as I am still working on getting my track manufactured, but I am very much looking forward to putting it to good use!

It’s a really well built trunk will fit a full sized helmet. Really easy to install and looks great on my 25 Heritage. Now the bad , the lid rattles quite a bit when going over bumps. Found that the latch mechanism is really loose and seems like it could be manufactured with tighter tolerance.

I bought this tour pak to replace a HD tour pak on my2020 Heritage Softail. The HD tour pad had silver studs and didn’t match well. The Viking tour pak matches my bike so much better. It has a clean look to it. It was an easy install. My only complaints are I wish Viking had installed a metal plate inside the bottom of the tour pak and had a release button to open the tour pak so I didn’t have to use a key to open the tour pak every time . Yes I would purchase again….

This is the second Viking tour pack that I have purchased. I replace the first with this one as the locking latch wore out on the first. The tour pack is a durable, well sized, trunk for the Heritage softail and matches the OEM saddlebags fairly well. I purchased the HD tour pack for the Heritage and found it to be of a flimsy, easily deformed plastic which leaked water in a rain ride that we were ridding 2 up. When my GF leaned on the backrest the tour pack bottom bowed out and let the rain in. I returned it and purchased the Viking which is of much better construction (sturdy fiberglass). The "genuine leather" is a leather product but is of reasonable quality. I have put over 77,000 miles of touring on my bike and the tour pack has held up well except for the lock. l would highly recommend this product if you need the space for carrying clothing or other materirels. It mounts to the HD removable mounts with no problem (measure, drill and mount with the HD hardware). The only reason it gets a 4=star rating is that the locking latch wore out after much use.

I received the product on time, the box was a little worse for the wear from the journey. When I opened the box I found it to be wrapped in a cloth bag that protected the product just fine. The quality of the leather stitching was exceptional. The product was easy to install. I installed it on a 2007 Road King Classic. It complements the stock leather saddle bags with a matching style. 100% satisfied with this tour pack. Great price point.

I am extremely impressed with everything about this. I was hoping it would be of acceptable quality and had just a bit of concern before I received it. Purchasing sight unseen can be a gamble. After receiving it and mounting it on my Road King Classic, I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is fantastic and it matches my side bags perfectly. The was about 1/2 of what I would paid if I purchased it from Harley. Trust me…..this is well worth the cost!!!

Installing the trunk was a breeze. I bought the Hogworks two up quick connect bracket for my 2021 Harley Davidson heritage classic. The trunk was easy to mount to bracket. I used four 5/16 carriage bolts four flat washers, four lock washers and four stander nuts that anyone can get from any local hardware store. The only issue I ran into was the mounting hardware and bars that came with the trunk didn't fit the Hogworks bracket. It was easy to figure out a different way to make it work that is the only reason I didn't give a five star review. The trunk is very well built has plenty of room and looks great on the bike.

I am very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of this trunk. The leather is beautiful and the stitching is perfect. Can't find a flaw. I like it better than the HD pack for much, much less money. And mostly I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up with TWO keys, as I had watch a few videos and read a few reviews where the number one complaint was that it only came with ONE key. Thanks for that. The lock and the hinges are very sturdy as well. Would highly recommend!

The bag arrived quickly, well packed and undamaged. Instead of using the supplied mounting hardware, I installed it on an aftermarket rack that fits on my 4-point docking station. Installation was easy and because the Viking hard trunk is sturdy, it looks to be a solid mount. I bought both a solo mount and a 2-up mount so I can swap them by just removing the four mounting bolts in the bottom of the trunk, making it super versatile. It locks automatically when you close it, so keep one key somewhere safe just in case. The leather is quality and the bag looks great on my 2009 Road King Classic that has black leather saddlebags. I can fit quite a bit of gear in the bag. There's a weather seal around the lid, but I haven't road tested it yet, so I don't know how it will hold up in the rain. I try to stay out of the heavy downpours in any case. I'm taking a long trip this summer (at least a month) so I'll update this review in the fall. Overall, for the price, I'm entirely satisfied.

I did a lot of research before I ordered the Leather Covered Hard Trunk for my 2003 Road King before I decided to order it. Once I placed the order it was delivered in less than a week. I was surprised at the extra care that was taken in packing the trunk. The trunk was better quality than I had expected. When I unboxed it and removed the bubble wrap and cloth bag it came in I knew right away I had ordered from the right company. The Trunk is NICE! Well-built and beautiful and added a touch of class that updated my Road Kings look which is just what I was looking for. I also purchased the Leather Lether Covered Stretched Touring Bags at the same time and the 3 pcs look stunning on my Road King. Purchased this trunk over the Harley Davidson version because I really wanted a unit that locked. I also was not impressed with Harley’s construction and material quality and had seen some negative reviews regarding long term survival issues and fit and finish. When I received this trunk, I was immediately impressed with the packaging and was even more impressed with the finished product. The fit and finish was excellent and the material quality was head and shoulders over the Harley version. All that and half the cost of Harley. Would definitely buy again.

Very nice, quality construction and appearance. Nicely packaged when received. Love the storage bag. Easily fit my full face helmet, a light armored jacket and some other essential items in the pack. Looks very nice on my bike with or without my fairing addition or stock windshield. Better than Harley Davidson at a fraction of the price. I did get the HD tour pack mounting quick release bracket and modified for this tour pack. Took 30 minutes to modify and I was good to go.
