The VikingBags Phantom Harley Davidson Softail Slim FLS large painted motorcycle hard saddlebags are made from reinforced fiberglass which is weather resistant and provides a tight fit with a streamline styling that lows with the lines of the fender. This model is painted but we also offer this in a leather wrap version. Part of our Harley Slim FLS hard bag series, these bags are key lockable so you don't have to worry about your belongings being stolen when you are away from your bike. The Softail Slim FLS bags are lined and have a weather seal that will keep the elements out in case you are suddenly caught in a storm. The main compartment includes a detachable sunglasses pouch and a detachable 3 pocket organizer that can be easily attached using Velcro strips lined in the bag.

Softail slim hard bags on a Blackline

I have a 2012 softail Blackline. I noticed Viking Bags does not sell any bags specifically for the Blackline, so I called them and they said they haven‚Äôt tested any bags on a blackline. I know the softail slim and blackline are similar bikes and actually share a lot of the same parts so I decided to roll the dice and try out these hard bags on my bike, and good thing I did because they fit beautifully. Installation was pretty straight forward. I did not have to modify or customize anything. The hard bags are very nice and are of great quality. Very happy with my purchase!

Took a while to get these bags but well worth the wait. Bags went on easy (using the viking removable frames). Plenty of room on the limited softail slim space. I already had the taillight extensions installed from previous bags. Pretty roomy bags, hold my half helmet easily, not my full face though.
