The brackets that came with the bags did not fit my application but it came with plenty of spacers and the the correct bolts. I love these new bags.

UPS delivered. I was happy. The bags are awesome and they look great. Now the quick connect part for the bags has been shipped. Purolator is delivering this part. They may be delivering it to an old address as there was no notice on my door. I cannot be here for a signature. Their website is very uncooperative at the moment. It will not accept my credit card for an address update, this is the same card for which I paid for your product with. Long story short, Purolator notice says they will deliver the product back to you., now I cannot mount my bags.

The bags themselves are great and I really like them. My only issue was the mounting procedure and brackets were a little wonky. Luckily I was able to use the brackets off of my old saddlebags.

Bags arrived in perfect shape, just a few days after ordering them, and match the bike perfectly. Storage size is spot on, latches work well, and mounting was a breeze. Would highly recommend for Yamaha Raider.

Love the bags, they fit nicely with the bike contours. Plenty of room. I used ghost brackets to mount mine. Only thing i wish they had was a thumb lock so you could open them without the key.

The first set of bags I received had cracked lids when I inspected them upon installation. I took pictures and emailed them immediately. Quick response and made it right. They sent me a packing slip for me to return the bags for them to send me out new ones. Was a very quick turn around. Bags came in perfect condition and very happy and satisfied with my purchase.
