Bags were relatively easy to put on. I ended up using 2 pieces of 2x4 on the exhaust to keep that bag distanced from and level with the exhaust then just had to worry about front/rear positioning. The transfer to the 2nd bag was easy after that. Still need to test out the weather-resistance if the bags, but I think they look good on the bike. Lots of "secured" space without being too big for my bike. I took a first off because of the hardware. I had some expected hardware but not others. Thankfully I have some hardware that I could use. Wasn't a barrel bolt like should've been included, but it works.
