I used my quick connect brackets off of my old bags and it worked great. Plenty of room for my gear.

Installation video is demonstrated to be “simple” but in typical sales material fashion, it is not. No one addresses what to do if you have a sissy bar and luggage rack. Drilling the bag was easy and straight forward, however, hours later it is discovered that the supplied bolts are not long enough. It takes hours because you think you are not lining things up correctly and you keep working at it. When I reach out for support, they respond and say you need to buy longer ones. It is nearly impossible to find a 150mm long bolt in 8m. This should be an optionally selected item when buying. It could even be for an additional cost. All in all it took 4 hours to install. Some of that might be bike and alignment specific. Definitely wasted over 2 hours before discovering the provided bolts were too short.
Ordered these to upgrade a set that came with my vulcan 2000. They are better designed and make the esthetic of the bike look way better than I had imagined. Had the guys at Fusion Cycles install them. I also didn't realize they were a distributor/ vendor for Viking bags. Glad yo have reps close by in the Virginia Beach area.
