Ordered my bags Feb 23. Shipped Feb 24, wonderful! FedEx said they were out for delivery Feb 27, no bags… made multiple calls all week only to find out from FedEx on Mar 3 that they were lost. Call Viking Bags with claim # and Viking said that FedEx told them they “may not be lost”, so Viking was going to wait until Mar 6 to send out another set. The bags finally showed up Mar 4…. with the wrong size hardware :serious_face_with_symbols_covering_mouth:
They sent Standard 5/16 threaded bolts when the scout is Metric M8-1.25…. So now I have to buy the RIGHT hardware so I can get them on.

Oh, and even though these are specifically for the Scout Sixty, there are no pre-drilled holes, so you have to go through the whole process of lining up where you need to drill holes and hope you get it right the first time so they don’t look wonky or end up like swiss cheese.

Was really looking forward to this purchase for months… less than impressed.

I’m still giving 4 stars though because the shipping wasn’t their fault and the bags are well made. But sending the wrong hardware and no pre-drilled holes or even guide marks drop it a star.
