I wanted more room for carrying extra gear without piling everything onto the seat. The large storage capacity gives me more flexibility, and the updated metal mounting hardware is reassuring. The bags appear to be well made. The ones I ordered are extra large but they don’t look overly big on my Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. They actually look great and I’m happy with the purchase! The only thing that was an issue were the written instructions. To be quite honest they are worthless. They should be bag model specific to bike specific. And they need to be more detailed. Thankfully your generic YouTube video was a good start followed by bike specific videos that other people posted online from their installs. As an example - my bags had two distinct channels on the mounting side that would have been problematic had I drilled the mounting holes through them. The only backing material at those channels was the leather wrapping. Had I not noticed that I would have ended up with no way to get a tight fit during the install. Apart from that I like the bags and I’m looking forward to getting some use out of them!

Well made saddlebags! The instruction sheet was pretty much useless as it is not saddlebag model to bike model specific. There was a generic Viking video on YouTube that helps one get started. Fortunately there were a couple of bike specific videos on YouTube that were on my bike model that helped me with the install. Had an issue with a stripped bolt from the OEM on the bike where I had to tap out the receiver on the bike. Other than that I’m very pleased with the outcome of the install.

The large lamellar leather wrapped saddlebags are truly excellent! The quality, fit n finish, and overall look is stellar! Not to mention the price is very reasonable! They look great on my 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS.

These saddlebags look great on my 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan S. They were not very difficult to install. Just had to have my son assist by holding them in place so I could mark for proper location before drilling holes in bags. I like that they lock easily and they hold a good amount of stuff.
