Crash Bar

The bar itself seems to be of very high quality, very solid but unfortunately I am not able to install it due to no hardware being shipped with it. I have contacted customer service twice and was told it was on the way. The 2nd call they said that they would email me a tracking number but nothing yet. I looked up the install instructions and it does list the bolt sizes, I will attempt to go find them at the local hardware store and if I can get the bar installed. If the hardware had shipped I would have no problem giving 5 stars.
