don't let me post a negative review so I put a positive view, but it is absolutely negative. I had SAG on one bag within a week upon trying to exchange that they would not let me just send me another one while I was using the one that was still sagging. .. Return policy is a complete joke... So much for putting the customer first I would not order from these or not these bags know what I recommend purchasing anything from them in the future.. I will be returning my seat also which I rep purchased from them
You can fit a lot of beer in here, I’ve only put 30 cans in, but I know I could fit more. It’s easy to install if you’re not drunk. Bags lock so you don’t have to worry about anyone stealing your beer when you’re away from your bike
The bags arrive and were packaged very well. No damage was sustained during shipping. They mounted very easy to the bike. All told from unboxing to installed in the bike took about 20 minutes total! They fit tightly and look really good on the bike! I highly recommend them.
They came sooner than I thought. The packaging was very good everything was wrapped so no damage could happen. Everything was there except installation instructions. I had to call customer service and ask them to email them to me. I think it should come with the order and a parts list, I thought I was missing something but I wasn’t. The installation was not bad but I couldn’t get the bags to lock in place properly right away. I was struggling a bit and had to wiggle around the bag and move it around for it to lock in place to the mounting point. I probably won’t take the bags off due to how hard it was to get them to lock in place. The insulation instructions weren’t the best but I managed. I personally don’t like bags and only got them so I can stop asking other people to hold my stuff lol. They look good though it’s something for me to get used to.

After having a tire changed and riding 2,000 miles on the new tire, a saddlebag fell off. If it had happened the same day, I would have bitched to the dealer. I believe the mechanic didn't properly reattach the bag and lock it down. Live and learn, after 2000 miles, I took the hit. I bought a new bag. I like them fine.
