Installed on a 2005 Yamaha vstar 1100 Silverado This bags are great. I am upgrading from the stock Silverado bags. I am happy the same key works for both bags! I had to remove the stock saddlebag brackets to get the bags to fit right. Tips: Be sure to start with the pipe side first. I made that mistake and my curbside bag is about an inch higher. Trace a cardboard cutout of your bags (be sure to include a notch for the latch).
Bags look great! Love the quick access latch. Installation can take some time but work great once on.
