Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 16 reviews.
I bought these mainly because I wanted enough room for longer rides without having to add another bag to the bike. The 2562 cubic inches of storage gives me plenty of space for jackets, tools, and everything else I normally carry on a trip. Even when I have quite a bit packed inside, the bags still feel solid. The painted finish also looks really sharp on the Street Bob and gives the bike a more finished appearance. I like that the inside isn't just one big open space either. The internal pockets make it easier to separate smaller things that would otherwise disappear under everything else. For anyone looking for best-selling Harley Street Bob saddlebags, these have the size and features I was after.
I ride regardless of the weather, so keeping rain out was important to me. The tight weather seal gives me a lot more confidence when the forecast changes during a ride. So far, everything inside has stayed protected.
Finally got it all together! I ended up going with the Harley tail light relocation because it didn’t require so many wires to be cut. I also made a custom spacer at send cut send that allowed the saddle bags to properly fit with the Viking sissy bar and create enough clearance to not have the bags touch other parts of the bike lot I saw another person have problems with. Very happy with the outcome. I’ve included pictures because finding good pictures of this saddlebag on a street bob is challenging. Hope it helps you!
These bag were a wonderful purchase and addition to my bike pretty self-explanatory on installation brackets were solid You will require a second hand for lining up the holes
They look great
I haven't installed my Baldor lrg hard bags yet on my 2020 street bob. I honestly can't wait for them on my bike. They are exactly what I wanted & needed.
However
I do feel that Vikingbags could/should predrill the holes for the install. Make it plug and play so to speak. They already customize the bag for the particular bike so make it easy for the average guy to do and know the bags are installed correctly look great and level with one another....just saying...
Also I do not care for the bullet light/tag relocation kit.
I have researched and found a under fender light kit tag holder that will work perfectly with my new Viking Baldor hard bags.
Maybe Viking can offer this kind of set up apposed to the current accessory hardware.
Thanks for the great Baldor bags, very sturdy & solid
Bags are solid and very durable, look great on my Softail Street Bob. Easy install came with all the hard wear for install and really reasonably priced.
They arrived fast and packed very nicely wrapped in soft cloth bag. Installing was not very difficult. Two people when attaching to the bike. They look amazing :fire::fire: super shiny black.
