4.8/5 stars. My ONLY complaint is that everything is universal and instructions are not very clear for first time bike owners. I ended up making holes that now need patched and plugged. Why make the customer add every bike detail when its all universal anyways? At minimum you should add a few templates for each bike. Once they were on they look great, feel great, and work great! The brackets seem very strong and the bags are very sturdy. I cruise on highways and have no fear of these bags going anywhere at highway speeds. Great product, just please make it a bit more understanding for the new bike owners! 4.8/5 stars!
