Pros: the bags are great quality and look great on my bike. They sit nice and match the bike well. I had an unfortunate experience with Viking bags by them sending me the wrong bracket and it took over a week and half to get the new one which they still gave me the wrong one but it works. On the other note they had me send the wrong bracket back and they paid to over night it which I believe is wrong. Why do normal shipping for their mistake and over night it back????? . The customer service is good but timely is terrible.If you have any issues expect a 4 day delay with response time. I’m not sure if this is normal but as a mistake on their part I would assume to be more responsive. They were quick to get the wrong product back but slow to send the proper one. Keep in mind that I have waited close to six months for these bags to be in stock which I understand high demand but to fail on delivery is unfortunate. Again great product just awful waiting times.

Like the bags, quality looks good. Would be nice to have black mounting bolts fot the right side bag bracket. The bright finish bolt head sort of stands out. Also black finish flat washer where bracket fits against strut would be nice to hid the small amount of aluminum that shows around bracket mount.
