Awesome bags. However the tail light relocation kit did not work with my stock lights. They were too bulbous for the bags to attatch. Had to purchase new lights from Hogworkz that were compatible without having to use the extended relocation brackets. If you want these bags, don't waste money on the relocation kit. Just get new lights with it I had about 2 inches of space. I didn't measure it but a rough guesstimate.

Unfortunately these saddlebags had wrong information under the fitment notes. It was stated you needed their tail light relocation kit for these bags to fit. I bought the relocatin kit AND these bags. The tail lights do not relocate far enough for the bags to fit. Support could not help except to say “get new tail lights”. Thankfully the website has since been changed to relfect that the tail lights need to be removed…. Thanks Viking Bags.
