Already have the hard baths and these fit right on with no issues. Gives me options based on the ride in taking with less than a minute to change them out. Well made and roomier than I had expected.

I believe these bags to be well made with a design that allows flexibility in carrying items on a trip. Racks seem very solid and I like the fact that bags will lock to the racks and quick detachable. Installation was straight forward - I did have to coerce the right side rack just a bit to get all the holes to align.

Left side bracket fit perfectly. The right side the rear holes were off by a 1/2 a hole diameter. With 2 people applying gentle pressure we were able to get the bolts in. The design and utility of the actual bags are off the chart useful.

Overall fairly easy to install with the right tools. Took me about an hour by myself, but a helping hand would be nice. So far so good within the first few hundred miles. I enjoy all the additional storage pockets. Quality seems solid. The value and cost is phenomenal, especially when compared to hard cases or other big pannier / luggage companies.

I ordered the pannier bags right before my tour through the Asheville area. They came just in time before I left. I was super happy how the customer service team tried to make sure to get it to me in time. Installation was easy, it took me about 45 minutes and it was super easy to get done. The bags are solid, heavy even. They look awesome, I got a lot of positive feedback on the trail. They definitely look good on the HD Pan American

The bags look great. the racks look great. One of my racks had to be coaxed into place the two forward bilts on the lead8ng are don't match up well. I was however able to get them to seat in time. The bolts are not as good a quality as the OEM and the drive size and type are different. Overall I think the whole setup is durable and will last. The I bought them during g a 20 percent off sale so I feel the price point was worth the minor concerns I had.
