I’ve always preferred keeping my Rebel looking fairly stripped down, so I was hesitant about adding 28L bags. Once these were mounted, though, they didn’t have the bulky appearance I expected. The fit is really close to the fender, and the hard shell keeps the bags looking neat even when they’re packed. Being able to remove them with the quick-mount is especially useful when I want the bike back to its lighter setup.

I make a lot of stops when I’m out riding, so the locking setup gives me some extra peace of mind. The lid locks, and the quick-mount bracket can be locked too. I can leave the bike for a while without feeling like I need to keep checking on everything.

These are a game-changer. No more backpack on my daily commute! They hold a ton of gear. Construction is solid. Locking mechanisms all work great and exactly as advertised. Love the quick detach feature too! My only complaint is you need more accessories for the Rebel 1100!

The mounting brackets were very easy to install. It took me less than 10 minutes and most of that was finding my tools. The quick mount system on the bags is a little bit tougher. Not very easy to put on and off but terrible. Overall 4/5. Quality is amazing and it works exactly as described with one exception that the quick mount is more like sort of quick mount. That may be user error but at least I know they are not going to fall off.
