Mothers Day Weekend I ended up buying a 2022 Street Bob. It was not so basic … it had a windscreen, sissy bar and highway pegs/fall over pegs. It needed something to add versatility to it … Saddlebags. Not just any saddlebags. It needed hard sided, lockable storage for those rums to the store or an overnight trip. I chose the Panzer Saddlebags from Viking Bags. These are a plain, understated hard bag that is removable from the rack. Leather covered for that soft look and feel found on some soft sided saddlebags. The bags were easy to order and buy online. They came about a day earlier than the delivery notice indicated. I hustled and got them onto my Street Bob with minimal effort. The installation kit had everything I needed and then some. It took about forty five minutes to get them installed, checked for proper fit and locked into place The rack was hefty and looks ok when the bags are off of the bike. There is enough room to drop in a six pack or loaf of bread. A gallon of milk, not so much. had I known that I cannot fit a simple plastic jug of milk into tjis opening, I would have purchased a larger bag from Viking. That is my ONLY gripe. The bags look great, have a finish that compliments the lines of my Street Bob.
