I had an issue with lack of hardware in the box. Customer serverice was great and shipped out hardware right away. Big thanks for that !! If you can use a drill, have a little common sense, and watch a youtube video, these bag can be installed by a child. Bags are great and awsome quality. I would absolutly recomend these to my friends. I'll be buying another set, for my next bike. (very soon)
It would be nice if instructions came with package, I found video on website! Love the bags I ordered the wrong ones, it was my mistake! I reordered and am waiting for new ones!
