Crash bar installation instructions are inaccurate/outdated, e.g. wrong size parts and wrong directions for order of bracket installation, as examples. Customer support was helpful (shout out to Josh!) but clunky (communication was back and forth through email.) Eventually we got it sorted and the installation was completed. The crash bars look great! They are smaller than some larger "dinosaur" ones and I think look better. They have proven their worth already with a drop occurring during learning of slow speed maneuvers with no ill effect to the bike because the crash bars took the brunt of the hit. I would recommend, but don't trust the installation instructions!
