No matter how tight I screw it in the luggage rack still falls down from time to time and there are 2 spots that didnt get coated and bare metal is popping out. Other than that I love the look of it.

I was expecting average quality for the Rebel 500 Sissy Bar. I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but I had to for this product because boy is this thing built well. Very strong full steel construction, good welds. I don't know what the weight rating is for the fold down shelf, but I'd put 50 pounds on it with no hesitation.
