Hi, I’m a new member from Washington State. I’m a 69 year old recently retired guy who purchased a 2025 Honda Rebel 1100T DCT. I’m planning on some longer trips. I decided I needed more storage capacity than the factory saddle bags provided so I purchased an Iron Born 25” sissy bar with a foldable luggage rack. Installation was easy. I went to my local Lowes and picked up four 8mm x 1.25 70mm bolts to replace the original bolts. A little blue locktite and everything went together perfectly. Customer support from Viking Bags was excellent as was the build quality of the sissy bar.
Shipped fast, packaged well. Install was super easy and only took about 45 minutes. Second set of hands helps if you have the T model, but I was able to get it done solo.
This is SOLID! If anyone is wondering, I was able to make the OEM Honda brackets work by not using the spacers that came with them and using an extra washer, the washer that came with the brackets, and Vikingbags screws they sent and the match worked great! Happy with this sissy bar and look forward to using it.
Not my first purchase from Viking Bags. Recently purchased this 2025 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT SE and as soon as I saw that Viking Bags had a sissy bar that would mount on the bike, I just have to add it to my accessory wish list. Install took about 20 minutes, probably would have been less if I hadn't dropped one of the bolts that took me a while to find. Looking forward to taking a trip and utilizing the sissy bar for what it was meant for. Already received several compliments on the look and functionality of it. Thank you, Viking Bags, for another well-designed product!
This thing functions great, and looks even better. Just the fact that I can set my helmet on it while taking off other gear or putting things in saddlebags has been worth the purchase, and wasn't even something I had realized would be helpful prior to getting it. It is somewhat heavy and awkward to hold in place while trying to install if you're doing it on your own. I would recommend having a second person to get it on to prevent scratching anything.
Also, for those who want this and saddlebags like myself, the hardware that comes with it won't work. You'll need 45 mm bolts which are easy enough to get.
I totally recomend this sissy bar , its tough and heavy , i have no problem to install the sissy bar

Sissy bar looks great on my Honda Rebel 1100T and build quality seems good. Fair warning to my fellow Rebel 1100T owners, the sissy bars stick out just enough to cause the OEM saddle bags to hit when you open them, just barely. You can pull on the saddle bag lid a little bit outwards to avoid scratching the paint. If this sissy bar was about half an inch narrower at the base, OEM saddle bags would not hit them. I’m aware this product is not advertised for the 1100T so I’m still giving a 5 star review and would still recommend.

The sissybar for our 2025 Rebel 1100 DCT SE perfectly. The only way it could have been better is if they included black hardware. I found 4 black M8 30mm bolts that fit perfectly (35mm was too long). Don’t over-torque the bolts beyond about 6-7 ft/lb or you’ll crush those flimsy plastic washers.
I love the sissy bar, its cool looking and seems build well. My only complaint is the supplied bolts, they are 1/4” too long and bottom out before bar is tight and i wish they were black. Not a big deal as i cut some 1/4” thick rubber squares to act as spacers on all 4 bolts to shim the sissy bar out so bolts can properly tighten down. And now the bike or bar wont get scratched with the rubber in between so it worked out well
I very much like the design and quality of the Sissy Bar. There is only one thing I don't care for and will probably change out. The entire Sissy bar is black but there are 2 silver bolts facing the front. To me, I would prefer those to be black as well.

The 35 mm ones for the front are definitely a bit longer. I got black colored 30mm bolts from Home Depot and they fit perfectly.
It would be great if Viking bags provide black colored bolts and also maybe look at whether they can go ahead and recommend and provide 30 mms instead of the 35mms for the front ones.

Shipped and came in very quickly . Popped on super easy even with the OEM bags on the T model , just removed the stock spacers . Took maybe 25 minutes and it looks awesome and does the job !
