The Viking 41L Royal Enfield Century XL Tail Bag is constructed from artificial leather and ABS plastic. The materials help the bag keep its round shape and prevent sagging. The surface is weather-resistant, preventing water and wind from getting inside when the bag is closed. The D-rings are where you can attach the sissy bar straps. The straps will allow you to fit this bag on a sissy bar at least 24 inches tall. The flat bottom also makes the bag ideal for resting atop a luggage rack.
