The bags are awesome, however the instructions are vague. One of the conchos on the right side bag was broken. It was a plastic concho. When I was looking at the other conchos I noticed another one was about to break. Other than that, they look great and fit snug. I did email customer support about the issues a week ago and again yesterday and have not heard back from anyone. Update: They reached out and replaced the broken conchos. Bags look great and customer service was helpful.

I love these bags from my Indian Sport Chief. I noticed the site doesn't list these bags as an option for the Sport Chief but they definitely do fit! I like them much better than the $1500+ hard bags that Indian offers. Much more stylish and a fraction the cost!

I like the looks of the bags.but the hardware is not very good. The screws were hard to put in .The welds on the support rods were very sloppy

Fitment wasn't perfect, but pretty good. Also there was no reflector in the parts bag as described in the parts list. I have reached out to customer service regarding this but haven't heard back. They look and function great though.

Awesome bags, very roomy inside and easy to install. Just one fault is that they should also include longer bolts for when you have back rest with side mounting brackets that you have to install the bag hardware against it. The bolts are not quite long enough.

The bags look awesome and they fit how the pictures showed. However. The installation was not that simple. I had to find the installation guide online because it was not sent in the box. And they were very basic instructions. We also had to install items out of order to get it on correctly because everything didnt align well when installed as instructed.

Ultimately, it was an adequate experience. Everything came in good condition, but assembly was another story. I followed the instructions, but some of the holes never seemed to line up quite right. This made for a frustrating experience. I had to assemble it out of order to get them to line up. Lastly, one of the bolt heads stripped before I finished, and now one of the bags is not fully mounted and I can't reach the stripped bolt with my tools because it rests just below the top of the lid, making it mostly inaccessible. I'm sure once I get the bolt removed everything will be fine, but boy did I sure swear a lot.
