VB Return Policy FAQ

The return period is 45 days from the date of purchase.

You may return or exchange a product within 45 days for any reason as long as the product is not used and is in original condition. Unless we made a mistake in sending the right product, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

 

How can I return a product and apply for a refund or an exchange?

  • Visit our return center.

  • Enter your order number and email address to start.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • Include the reason for the return with the bike details and photos to explain the issue.

  • Please repack the products properly to prevent them from getting damaged during transit.

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 

What if I received a wrong product or a damaged/defective product?

  • We are happy to replace or issue a refund for any defective/damaged product we accidentally send out.

  • In case you received a wrong or defective product, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product and we will provide you a prepaid shipping label so you can send us the product free of cost. We will ship out a replacement product as soon as you ship out the defective product.

 

What if some parts are missing from the package?

  • You must inspect your package and inform us of all missing parts within 10 days of receiving the package. We will ship out the missing parts free of cost.

  • However, we may reject the claim or charge additional shipping for any additional requests for missing parts after the first one. Therefore, please thoroughly check your package and let us know of all missing parts the first time.

 

What causes a return to be rejected?

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

We will consider a return good if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase.

  • All returned items must be in original (unused/ undrilled/ resalable) condition. 

  • All contents of the package such as instructions, keys, hardware, and rain cover are included in the return package.

  • The product is returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • All contents of the hardware box are repackaged and sent back.

  • All returned items must not be scratched or damaged due to wear or installation.

  • If you do not provide photos of the products you want to return.

Please note: Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

 

When will the restocking fee apply?

  • After 45 days limit from the order date. There will be a 10 % restocking fee on returning the item*.

  • All returned items are inspected thoroughly; used and damaged items will be, either returned to the customer or there will be a 50 % restocking fee. (It will be applicable when the customer received the product in excellent/unused condition). 

 All returned items must be unused, undrilled & in a resalable condition.

 

How long will it take for me to get the return/exchange processed?

  • Generally, it takes us 2-3 business days to inspect a return. If the return is found to be good, we issue a refund within 3 Business Days. Note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

  • In case of an exchange, once the product is returned and inspected, we will ship out your new product within 3 Business Days. It may take 3-5 business days for the new product to arrive from the date of shipping. We will email you a new tracking number once we send out the product.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable except for certain defects and shipping issues.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For any returns requesting exchanges, all customers are subject to only one exchange per order per customer. No further exchanges will be allowed after the first initial exchange. No further acceptance of the exchange will be accepted for a refund.
