Is Honda introducing an all-new small-displacement cafe racer bike? It is not confirmed yet. However, pictures of a prototype of a 300cc Honda Cafe Racer bike are circulating on the internet, indicating that it will soon be launched.
From the images, it doesn’t look like the final version. The new Honda Cafe Racer looks a bit rugged and rough in the pictures leaked on the internet. However, motorcycle fans are excited to hear this news.
After all, cafe racers are much-loved motorcycles. Above all, a 300cc Honda motorbike will be available at a much cheaper price. Let’s get deeper into this most recent motorcycle news that has made Honda and cafe racers’ fans excited.
Honda has filed the application for a new motorcycle design for intellectual property rights. However, the unusual thing is that this time, Honda has submitted the original prototype photos instead of CAD images.
Submitting the real photos may mean that the new 300 cc Honda Cafe Racer may have passed the initial phase of design. We may soon get to see and ride the new Honda 300cc Cafe Racer.

We can see a plain and simpler motorcycle frame design with an upside-down front fork, a decently large gas tank, and a solo rider seat nicely integrated into the gas tank. Due to being a cafe racer, there is a tail cowl at the rear end.
From the prototype images, we can also see a simpler 300cc single-cylinder engine installed on the new Honda Cafe Racer. The exhaust pipe is running down the motorcycle’s belly. Meanwhile, the silencer is mounted on the right side of the rear wheel.

So far, we can also see almost the same-sized wire-spoked wheels and decent tires. Towards the front, there is a round-shaped, Rebel-style headlamp and sporty front fender.

The new 300cc Honda Cafe Racer also features clip-on bars with bar-end side mirrors, ensuring a pure cafe racer vibe. Overall, the Honda Cafe Racer has a slim build.
The new Honda 300 cc Honda Cafe Racer also features a chain final drive that is left exposed.
As far as we can analyze the Honda 300cc Cafe Racer’s Prototype images, it looks like this bike has been developed by the Honda Brazail design team. The same 300 cc single-cylinder engine shown on the new Honda Cafe Racer is used in several Honda models for the Brazilian market. These include:
Honda CB300F Twister (Street Bike)
Honda XR300L Tornado (Dual Sport Bike)

The 293.5 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine is expected to produce approximately 23 hp of horsepower and 26.44 Nm of torque.
The engine seems quite basic. The new Honda 300cc Cafe Racer may not be available to the European and UK motorcycle market because of the strict emission policies.
There is nothing confirmed yet by Honda. Also, most of the images submitted for design approval and copyrights are far from what the production unit looks like. We know what Honda is capable of. We are looking forward to a very good-looking beginner-friendly Honda cafe racer.
