Viking Extra Secure Harley Davidson Street Saddlebag Brackets that can be locked in order to keep your Bags safe Once the bags are off absolutely nothing is visible that even hints that bags just came off this bike. Adjustability on this system allows you to place bags where they look good. Bags can be switched between bikes with minor effort. Top Quality Construction using marine grade powder coated metal. Bags can be taken off from the bike or put back on within seconds. The Viking Harley Davidson Street Quick detachable system comes with instruction and is easy to install. Once they are install you do not need any tools to take bags off or put them on. The Harley QDS is easily installed by removing 2 bolts from your fender and replacing with 2 of the oem bolts with Viking QDS system bolts and hardware which are also called Docking posts. The Harley quick disconnect bracket is then bolted on to your saddlebags. The docking posts are made of rust proof polished stainless steel. The brackets are completely adjustable allowing several benefits such as avoiding turn signal, Adjusting the bags position in desired area and away from passenger foot peg. This bracket keep your bags extremely safe: Simply slide the bracket on the stainless steel Docking posts and turnthe locking key and the brackets and your expensive saddlebags are safe, securely locked onto your bike. Street500 shock cutout/quick disconnect solution

I bought these alongside a shock cutout style bag. I thought id share my experience incase anyone else was looking into the same idea.

The product description states they dont fit a 2020 street 500 and that the bags are not compatible with them either. But when has that stopped anyone? With a bit of tampering and trial and error ive managed to make it work. The raito for the spacers on a 2020 street500 is a fraction over 4/1 so i packed it out with a M10 washer. I also found when the screws holding the sliders on get tightened it warps a little bit so again i packed that out with a washer. Some creative adjustment was needed to get the bracket to fit. The slider hole where the key hole sits needs to be bored out another15-20mm. When the bracket slides smoothly on the locators it just needed the bottom edge of the very front to be trimmed about 15mm so it avoided the shock. Ive got it all working and looks the part too so very happy with the overall result. Well worth the drama trying to set it up.
