The additional plastic reinforced lid and body combined with a metal frame reduce sagging so that your bag retains its shape longer. The Harley 883 Iron bag provides a 1038 cubic inches storage area which is perfect for short rides. The bag is key-lockable and comes with Viking bags brand keys for both bags to improve security when you leave your bike in the parking lot for a long period. This Sportster 883 Iron hard mount bag will be installed permanently on your bike for convenience and it was designed specifically for Harley Sporster. We included our free and updated Harley Sportster metal mountings and bolts for headache-free installation, and also to improve the safety and durability of our bags. The hardware kit itself is worth $149. Love these Bags!

Just put these bags on my 2022 XL883N and I have to say...I love them! I was able to do it myself, and I am not great with things like this. Maybe I am. Right now, I feel like I can do anything! Anyway, I had to use the 2-7/8 bolts when the instructions said to use the 2-3/4 bolts, but no big deal. ("Install the bracket by securing the rear hole in the bracket. For 2000-2003 models, use the Hex Head **** 2-78 in. long bolt. For 2004 and later models, use the 2-3/4 in long bolt." - This was NOT correct for my 2022, but I figured it out.) I love the way they look and feel. I know I will get a lot of use out of them and I am excited to have them.

They look great, havent had a chance to put them on the bike yet.

Great bags but doesn't hug the bike the best

The bags are heavy duty and work great for my needs. Good instructions and wasn't difficult to mount. A bike jack would have helped due to 1 bolt uses the top shock mount. Only complaint is the brackets makesi the bags stick out further from the bike than I'd like.
