I got this installed at a local motorcycle shop, so I cannot say how hard or easy it is to install. But for his labor rate charge it was about 40-45 minutes, what it took time wise I didn’t ask. But overall it looks great, I did give it the rugged pulls, I do wish the **** had a plastic coasting on it. That would make it easier to twist, but I know it would take away from the look of the bike. I’ll be using for locking down storage 99% of the time riding
