Look great! But not the easiest install

Once installed these saddlebags looked fantastic on my Yamaha VStar 1100 Custom. Unfortunately the paper installation instructions are poor and the lighting in the videos on YouTube are very dark and difficult to follow. The tail light relocation video has exceptionally bad lighting. A little swearing, bloody knuckles, and a few hours of my day did the trick. My only other complaint is with the grooves on the fender side of the bags. The product shots of these bags on a VStar show them lower than I was able to mount them as the fender bolts would fall in those grooves if they were really mounted that low. This would require some form of modifications to the install to get the brackets to mount right there. One of the mounting brackets showed a small potential sign of rust on the weld bead so hopefully they last. Overall though I am very happy with how they turned out and the price was right!

Perfect for Travel

I bought these bags so I could ride back and forth to work. I carry a lap top, purse, lunch bag and coffe cup to work everyday and everything fits nicely!! Love the locks so I don't have to go straight home after work knowing my stuff is safe and secure!!
