I really like the bag.

I really like the bag. It fits well on the rack and it‚Äôs very secure. The only draw back is that the flap opens from top to bottom and the zippers run up toward the back rest. Makes it alittle more difficult to work the zippers.

Swing Arm bag on HD Fat Boy 114

I just got the Swingarm bag installed and I love the way it looks on my HD Fat Boy 114.
However, I noticed a long cut on the top part of the bag (see picture) and I am pretty sure it wasn‚Äôt me who cut it because I didn‚Äôt use a knife cutter to open the box.
Is there a possibility that I could return the item and have it replaced?
