VTX 1800R and 1300R Specific Bags With Shock Cutout/Predrilled SaddleBags

These are the best bags I could find to fit my VTX 1300. They are well made, and fit like a glove. I E-mailed Viking Bags twice, and recieved a promped responce. I have only good things to say except finding longer bolts was a waste of an afternoon.

I agree with some other reviewers about the hardware. What i thought was going to be an easy job, turned out 2 trips to hardware store. i have a 2002 1800s with the sissy bar and cobra passenger floor boards. Once mounted they look good and seem to be of best quality.

The bags themselves are great! They fit the bike perfectly. The construction and quality appears to be very solid. Only two negatives: 1) no instructions accompanied the bags (had to use the website's instructions, 2) the OEM bolts were too short. Had to spend about $13.00 on hardware. After that, installation was a breeze! Would highly recommend these bags. Great deal for the $$.
