Great Bags, Difficult Install

The bags are of excellent quality, but the mounting hardware kit needs improvement! The mounting instructions don't tell you much except for the order of spacers and washers but nothing about what is required to put them on the bike (remove rear wheel, being careful that relocated turn signals clearing lids opening, and not relying on finding flat spots in the bag to drill holes.
The kit itself includes 2 - 5/16" x 3 3/4" socket head bolts and to mount you need 4 and buying these is impossible (need to cut 4 inch to clear tire) and the spacers should be chrome!
Overall, I am very pleased with the bags considering it took 2 people to set up and install, finding a lift to remove tire and a trip to the hardware store for bolts not supplied.

Excellent Quality & Customer Service

I received the saddlebags earlier than expected but have not installed them yet. Excellent quality and exceptional customer service. There was a minor marking on the leather and when I contacted customer service they provided options and made it right. I will add photos when the bags are installed.
