When I opened the box I realized they had sent the wrong set of bags. Called customer service and they had the issue resolved with the correct order in a few days. Had to wait till the next weekend to ride with them, but I was happy that this company took care of the situation as quickly as they did.

Great shipping time. These bags installed quickly on my 05 Honda VTX 1800 S . Easy to follow instructions for the installation were included. They come on and off pretty fast and hold quite a bit.

Fast fair

Fast set up on my 2002 Honda VTX 1800 S with the free installation kit. That saved me over 50$. These look great on my bike and they are very practical as well. Plenty of room for my regular gear and also for items I may pick up on my outings.
