I was able to mount these on my 2005 Honda VTX 1300S fast with the free mounting hardware. They sit great on my ride and hold a lot more than I thought they would.

I was able to make it out on the road for the 1st time with the bags after taking only an hour to install on my 2002 Honda VTX 1300S. Speeding or cruising, there was no shuddering. Stay shut tightly with the heavy buckles and latches. I highly recommend these saddlebags.
