I highly recommend these for your 2007 Honda VTX 1300s as they look and ride perfectly on mine. Easy to get into them with the latching feature and having a lock for when you can't always have it in sight is a huge plus.

These bags hold up great in the rain. The tight Velcro seal on the interior really keeps moisture out. "Rust proof " buckles are holding true to their claim after 8 months of riding in wet weather on my 2005 Honda VTX 1300S.
