Had an issue with the "Free Mounting Hardware". It wasnt in my box. I called customer service and they had a set shipped out that day. All ended well as the bags are now mounted and they look incredible on my Harley. Thanks for taking care of me.

These were shipped fast, but the stitching was off on the lid. I called Viking Bags and they replaced it in less than a week. Got the 2nd set fast and they looked great on my 03 Suzuki Intruder 800
