small challenge faced

Was hoping to get these on my 09 Suzuki Boulevard M90 this coming weekend, but when i opened the box, the FREE install kit was missing. I called Viking Bags. In their hurry they must have missed that minor detail and they we full of apologies and promised to have it to me by tomorrow. Hope so, if not, I'm headed to the hardware store!!
