Needed customer service to handle a small problem. Very happy with the features of the bag i.e.: locks, Velcro seals, ect. The external pocket is more helpful that i thought. They had a new bag to me in 48 hours and call tagged the original. Looks excellent on my Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom.

A lot of choices on Vikings

Very nice to have an actual person to chat with about the products on this site. I was overwhelmed with the amount of choices, but they certainly narrowed it down. I chose these for the streamlined look. I didn't want flash but did get a setof VERY HIGH QUALITY SADDLEBAGS for my HD Custom.

Great addition to my 2006 Harley 1200 Custom. I installed it, (thanks to the free mounting hardware, 9in a matter of minutes), and adjusting it was/is no problem. Love the outside pocket and the locking feature on the main bag.
