A small seam was split on my bag when I got it but I called customer service and they had a new set to me within 48 hours. I understand things like that get over looked occasionally, and they were really good about helping me out, so I would still do business with them. The new bags are perfect. Tooled well, very sturdy and sit great on my Softail Fat Boy.
