The only problem I've had with these bags was part of the Velcro interior seal wasn't stitched on properly. I called a very helpful customer service and they call tagged my bags and sent me new ones with in 3 days. Other than that, they look great and ride well on my 2010 Harley Davidson Softail Cross Bones.
