Viking Century Studded Trunk 2050 Cubic Inches

Couldn't be happier. Excellent quality product. Really well made, sturdy, great price and goes on in seconds. U won't be disappointed if u purchase this trunk. Fits and matches perfect on my '08 Fatboy.

Just got my studded sissy bar trunk today. (Trunk 1500-S) I was very happy with this unit. Well sewn, well made and it looks absolutely GREAT!!!. A lot of design thought went into this trunk and it shows. I plan to install it this weekend, but since I live in Minnesota and it just snowed 18" last night, I'll have to wait a month or two to show it off.

Received this trunk today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the unit. Other trunks I have tried did not hold their shape and were whimpy by comparison. This trunk has an internal metal frame around the opening and utilizes hard plastic internal panels to help maintain the shape. I am less impressed by the mounting provisions, however. Since no instructions are provided on how to use the straps included, you are on your own to be creative. The trunk comes with a velcro loop intended to slip over the sissy bar. An additional velcro loop on the bottom of the trunk would have been helpful to anchor it to the luggage rack. One of the pictures of the trunk on the website shows some kind of bag to be included. None was found. The trunk looks great with the studded bags, seat and sissy bar on my V-Star Silverado. The available interactive discussion feature on the website was very useful.
