Plenty of good things to say...great shipping. The web site had limitless choices. Easy to follow Youtube mounting instructions and free hardware. These bags are built to last. I highly recommend for your 2010 Harley Softail Custom.

Had a small issue with some of the stitching, which I knew would only turn into a bigger problem down the road. Alex in customer service was extremely helpful in getting a new, pristine set of bags out to me within a few days. All is well. These look great on my 2001 Honda VF750 and should last a VERY long time
