Had an issue with my shipment. I did not receive my free install hardware the day ups came With my pavkage. Called Viking Bags the next day to request it and they said it was already sent separately as they had an internal issue. Understandable & NO HARM...had them the next day and the bags went on my '00 Softail Deluxe easily and LOOK GREAT!
