30 day return policy was helpful

Had a minor issue with one of the seams but I sent it back within the 30 day return policy and they happily sent me another bag. Great customer service. Glad they worked with me on it as the end result is a stunning fully dressed Harley 1200 Custom.

This is the best bag for my 2001 Harley custom. Went on fast and easy with the free mounting hardware. Customer service was excellent and mentioned the 30 day return policy several times to make me feel comfortable. Very happy with the design, studs and stitching. Great buy!

My 2nd set of bags from Viking Bags and am twice as pleased. This is the perfect style for my Harley 1200 Custom. The single strap makes for easy removal & access. Also love that I can fit so much into the bags and not have to worry about theft, as the locking mechanism is ideal.
