Received my shipment in a very timely manner, but when I opened the box i noticed a deep cut on the front of one of the straps. Viking Bags customer service immediately sent me a replacement. All is well and I am now very happy with this set of saddlebags. Stitching is precise. Buckles are heavy and durable. Good purchase.
